Dr. Thorguson earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at LSUHSC and Children's Hospital on New Orleans. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She grew up in Morgan City and attended CCHS. She came home joined Dr. Saleme at The Pediatric Clinic in 2002. She is married to David Thorguson and has 2 sons. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends and watching baseball games. She is proud to continue to care for the families of St. Mary Parish.

Dr. Erica Menina was born and raised in Davant, La. She graduated from the University of New Orleans with a bachelor's degree in Biology and from Louisiana Health Sciences Center with a doctorate in medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Louisiana Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been practicing pediatric medicine in Morgan City since 2005 at The Pediatric Clinic of St. Mary parish. She is affiliated with Ochsner St. Mary Hospital and Bayou Bend Hospital. She is married with three sons. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching baseball games and traveling. Dr. Menina loves caring for the children in our community and helping them grow into healthy adults.

Abby was born and raised in Morgan City, La. She attended Central Catholic and graduated in 2005. After high school, she attended Our Lady of the Lake College where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2009. Upon obtaining her nursing degree, she worked for 6 years in the Pediatric Intensive Care and Progressive Care Units at Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital. Her job there prompted Abby to become a Nurse Practitioner and to pursue a career in the field of pediatrics. Abby earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2017, with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Southeastern University in Hammond, Louisiana and joined The Pediatric Clinic after graduation. Abby enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

Alana graduated from Nicholls State University where she earned both her B.S.N and Master's degree in Nursing. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. She joined the clinic in December 2020. She is married with a son and a daughter. In her free time she likes spending time with family and friends. Alana enjoys getting to know her patients and their families providing care to both sick and well children.

Alyssa Viet Vu is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been with our clinic since 2022. Alyssa attended Nicholls State University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked for ten years as a BSN-RN in Labor & Delivery, pediatrics, and well-baby care. With a strong background in both clinical practice and education. Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to her patients. She is proud to serve her community as a resident of St. Mary Parish. Alyssa is married and together they have three wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with family and friends.
